Hey, I’m Mekki!

In 2016, I opened my fitness studio in Shanghai and somehow ended up with 95% women members.

That wasn’t what I expected, but it became the best thing that happened to my career. Working with hundreds of women—many of whom got pregnant (my wife included) during their time with me—I realized how overlooked women’s fitness truly is, especially during pregnancy and motherhood.

That’s when everything changed for me.

I dove deep into learning and getting certified on how to properly train women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. The more I studied, the more I realized this wasn’t just a gap in fitness—it was a massive disservice to women everywhere.

Now I specialize in helping women feel empowered and strong through every transition life throws at them.
